Petit Luxe is proud to offer free shipping for all orders to Quebec and Ontario for orders reaching a minimum of $ 150 before applicable taxes.
Your jewelry will be shipped by regular service via Dicom for only $ 10.
To the rest of Canada (* certain conditions apply) the fee is $ 10.
For an expedited package with insurance and tracking or for any international shipment, we will contact you to advise you of the relative shipping costs.
Customs charges and duties are the buyer's responsibility.
Petit Luxe accepts international orders. Please note that international shipping varies depending on your location.
Here is an overview:
- Quebec: 3 to 5 days;
- Canada & United States: up to 2 weeks;
- international: up to 3 weeks.
Petit Luxe is not responsible for any loss, damage or delay incurred by Canada Post, Dicom or other carriers.
Additional shipping charges or delays may apply. We will contact you to specify the details. For shipments to northern British Columbia, the Northwest Territories, the Yukon, Labrador, the Magdalen Islands, Nunavik, Nunavut and Newfoundland, we will contact you to help you. specify the details of additional shipping costs. In the event that you do not accept this surcharge, unfortunately Petit Luxe will be obliged to cancel your order at no cost to you.

Please note that Petit Luxe is not responsible for unclaimed packages as well as costs inherent in returning merchandise.
Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer when paying for his order. It is his duty to ensure that the information is correct.
Please note that Petit Luxe will not be held responsible for any costs incurred in the event that the delivery address is invalid. Because you have the right to change your mind
We hope that all products purchased from Petit Luxe give you complete satisfaction. We will be happy to exchange any new item with label or packaging returned within 14 days of receipt of your package. The jewel must be returned in its original condition including a copy of the invoice and an authorization number that we will have provided to you. However, shipping costs are not refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer. To benefit from this return policy, all jewelry must not have been worn and therefore be in its original packaging.
No refund after the deadline mentioned in this policy.
No refund will be given on personalized items; any special order is a final sale as is jewelry on sale which is not refundable.
No refund or exchange for the earrings. These are final sales and this for a question of hygiene.
If the product received does not suit you, the postage for the return is at your expense. If you wish to make an exchange (for a comparable product or at a comparable price), we will cover the delivery costs of the new package.
Exceptions: no exchange or refund can be made on products if they have been worn, with the exception of defective items and according to the rules indicated below. Sale items are not exchangeable or refundable.
*** We always pack our jewelry with great care. If, however, an item is damaged in transit, please notify us upon receipt and send us a photo of the jewelry and its packaging. We can then make the exchange.

All "Véro Signature" jewelry is created in the Terrebonne workshop. They are handmade with great care. If a piece of jewelry has a manufacturing defect, we will repair it free of charge. Please contact us before sending it to us. If you have lost an earring and as stocks are still available, we can of course make another for you at a cost depending on the model and style. Petit Luxe pour "Véro Signature" is not held responsible for the normal wear and tear of a piece of jewelry or metals whose color has changed due to the pH or acidity of the skin.
